All is not well for Clay Aiken.
The 34-year-old singer -- and single father -- had a fright when an alleged obsessed fan made her way onto the grounds of his North Carolina home for her own personal meet and greet.
Barbara Saylor was arrested for misdemeanor stalking and trespassing on April 4, a spokesperson for the Chatham Country Sheriff's Office tells omg!. The 57-year-old woman -- who hails from Kirkland, Washington -- is accused of climbing over a security fence on Aiken's gated property at 11:30 p.m. on April 3 and looking into the windows of the star's house.
The "Measure of a Man" crooner, who was home at the time, called authorities. When Saylor learned that deputies were en route, she left the property. She was arrested the following day without incident. After posting a $5,000 bond, Saylor was released.
She's scheduled to appear in court on April 24.
According to TMZ, it was not the first time Saylor showed up uninvited at Aiken's home, where he resides with his 4-year-old son Parker. There was a previous incident during which she snuck onto his property. However, her return visit has left him "shaken up."
A rep for Aiken has not yet responded to omg!'s requests for comment.
Aiken, who appeared on Broadway in Monty Python's "Spamalot," is gearing up to play Man in Chair in North Carolina Theatre's upcoming production of "The Drowsy Chaperone" in May.
